On the path of trust

 

Every thought causes an emotion. Every thought affects us mentally. If we think and create a mental image of flowers, our mate or our children, our dog or our latest successes,  this usually causes a positive, uplifting warm emotion of a higher vibration of energy. A thought which  implies sorrow, worries, guilt or fear, will cause negative emotions dragging us down at a slower and heavier vibration.

 

Every thought has an effect on us.  What I think during the day, forms my daily reality. What I think during a month, a year, a life, forms my reality during a month, during a year, during a life.

 

It may either be destructive or constructive.  If we regularly indulge in negative thinking of guilt, worries and fear this will sooner or later form a habit and a belief eventually imprinted as “truth" in our subconscious mind.  Once "truth" according to our subconscious, these beliefs and the patterns derived from them, are steering our lives. Since they are in the subconscious mind they are out of reach of the conscious mind and we are unaware of them.

 

How do we change these negative patterns and beliefs ruling our reality?  By changing our thoughts. Changing our thoughts on a regular basis will change our habits, will create different patterns and beliefs. Different habits, patterns  will lead to different results; different daily results lead to a changed day-to-day reality.  A changed daily, monthly reality compounded over time leads to a changed destiny.  So, yes, we can change our destiny and yes, it starts with something as simple as a thought.  And a thought starts with a decision – our decision what we want to think. Which path of thoughts will I choose in this specific moment; the path of fear or the path of trust ? Do I choose thoughts of worry and fear anticipating my failure and defeat or do I choose thoughts of courage and trust, anticipating my success and victory?

 

Negative thinking often circles around our mistakes in the past or our fears of the future.  We are ususally not present at the moment but somewhere in a past which can`t be changed anyway or in a future which is not here yet. The present is fresh, is new and blank; it is up to us whether we start with a new, fresh thought, which strengthens us and leads us forward with trust, or if we decide to indulge in negative thoughts of past failures or future defeats, weakening us.

 

The choice is ours. We can start anew. Every moment. Right now. We are not doomed to repeat again and again what did not work in the past. 

 

I don`t say it will be easy. To the contrary: It might be easier to give up and plunge into a sea of negative mental images and self-pity.  It requires daily, consistent mental discipline to stop the constant flow of negative thoughts. Every time a destructive image pops up I replace it immediately and consequently with a positive one. 

 

The good message is: It is just one thought or image. You don`t need to change your life completely in one big, scary shot. You just change a thought. Every moment you catch a negative one you replace it with a positive one. If you want to accelerate your progress, you start with a daily habit of positive, uplifting thoughts – daily affirmations on a high frequency. For instance if you want to achieve abundance and wealth in your life you affirm: “ Yes, today I attract abundance and wealth in my life” or “Yes, today plenty of money is  freely circulating in my life". Or if you are looking for a soul mate to spend the rest of your life with, you affirm : “Yes, today I am open for new acquaintances in my life”.  Replace your previous thoughts such as: “ Why I am always struggling with my finances while my neighbor is so wealthy” or “ Nobody wants me" or "I will never find my soul mate”. These thoughts processed regularly will become beliefs and will form patterns – such as a pattern not to go out on Saturday night because you think, it is useless anyway, nobody wants me.   

 

Since your daily thoughts were formulated, such was your daily reality.  To indulge in and stick to the same negative, self-destructive thoughts and to expect suddenly different results is insane. There won`t be different results without a different change of thinking.

 

It is time for a different thinking – time to move forward on the path of trust to materialize your full potential and your biggest dreams and visions – if you step by step and consequently believe that it is possible rooting out every weakening negative thought, your positive belief will create positive patterns and daily actions which will ultimately bring you to the realization of your vision.

 

Giving your best, believing the best and trusting in the universal intelligence, will manifest the best in you and lead you to your fullest potential.  And that is all why you are here on earth.
